Kropian — Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Kropian is a custom-made chat platform operated by the Kropian team. Contact: [email protected]. We are not affiliated with Discord.

2. Age requirement

You must be 13 years or older to use Kropian. If you are under 13, your registration will be declined with the message “You have to be 13+ to join Kropian.” We block and delete data for under-13 accounts.

3. Age verification

If we suspect you are under 13, we will require age verification. You may be asked to provide a passport, student ID, or driver's license if you are 16-18 to confirm you meet the 13+ requirement. Verification is used only for age checks and is deleted after review. Failure to verify may result in suspension.

4. Accounts

• One person per account. You are responsible for your login, password, and all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate info (username, email, date of birth for age check). Keep your credentials secure.
• We may require verification or suspend accounts that break these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Kropian to do or share:

• Illegal content, harassment, hate, threats, or spam
• Malware, scraping, or bypassing security/rate limits
• Impersonation or misleading others, or infringing IP

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts that violate this.

6. Your content & IP

You own what you create and post. You give Kropian a license to host and display it to operate the service. You must have rights to what you share. Kropian's code, design, fox mascot, and brand are our original work (or licensed). Don't copy them without permission. To report IP infringement see our DMCA process at Privacy / contact support.

7. Kropian Plus & purchases

Paid features are optional. All purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices/features with notice.

8. Termination

You can delete your account anytime in Settings. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these Terms or harm the community. You can appeal by contacting support.

9. Disclaimers & liability

Kropian is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Kropian isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. We'll post the new date and, for material changes, notify you in app or email. Continued use means you accept the new Terms.
